Minimum age is 23 -execptions -Government renter on orders or CorpRate renters on business. Ages 23-24 $25.00/day surcharge applies. Government and CorpRate minimum age is 21. Minimum age on convertibles, sport utility and luxury cars is 25.

Proposed renters will be asked to provide information regarding their liability insurance coverage, if any, in effect at the time of the rental. Insurance coverage equal to the Nevada statutory requirements shall be available upon rental. Supplemental Liability $12.95/day-Personal accident insurance $4.95/day-Renters's Liability Insurance $12.95/day.

Collision/Loss Damage Waiver $22.00/day. Renter shall be responsible up to the full value of the vehicle regardless of whether Renter is at fault if Loss Damage Waiver is declined.

Canada and Mexico not allowed. USA is allowed within AZ, CA, UT and NV only. One way vehicles available.

Unlimited mileage applies within the following states: CA, UT, AZ and NV. Vehicles may not be driven outside the United States. Renter shall be entitled to the time and mileage rental charge as stated for this vehicle plus other applicable charges as long as the vehicle is not driven outside of the authorized area without prior written approval. If the vehicle is driven outside the authorized area without prior writtne approval, the time and mileage rental charge as stated will be revoked and fifty cents ($.50) per mile for every mile the vehicle is driven will be charged from the beginning of the rental including any miles driven within the authorized states.

The rental vehicle may be equipped with a global positioning system which monitors the location of the vehicle and notifies Budget if the vehicle is taken outside the authorized area. The global positioning system may be used to assist in locating and recovering the vehicle and further to monitor the vehicle to determine if it is being operated at an excessive speed.

For the convenience of our customers, Budget offers a fuel purchase optoin that sllows renters to purchase a tank of gas *IN ADVANCE* at the prevailing self service station rate for regular unleaded fuel. There are three refueling options

Option 1 - Return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as provided at the time of rental
Option 2 - Return the vehicle wtih less than the amount initally provided and pay a refueling service fee
Option 3 - Fuel Purchase Option - Pay in advance, at time of rental, for a full tank of fuel based on the size of the gas tank and the prevailing self service station rate for regular unleaded fuel

Valid U.S./Canadian/Intl Drivers license required/Good driving record a requirement/At the time of rental we may ask renters about their driving record to determine rental eligibility. In an effort to keep our rental rate as low as possible, Budget requires its renters to have safe driving as a qualification for rental. For details the renter may ask upon arrival or contact their Department of Motor Vehicles. This requirement does not apply to CorpRate renters on business, government renters on official orders, or inbound international renters. Additional drivers must meet same qualifications as primary driver. Additional driver fee $10/per day.

Renter must provide valid drivers license with an approved matching credit card. Renter may be asked to provide three (3) forms of identification. International drivers must present passport at time of rental.

Debit Cards - Budget rent a Car will accept your check/debit Visa or Mastercard for the rental vehicle. There will be a prepayment in the amount of estimated rental charges plus $350 at the time of rental.
